User Account, Password, and Security
You will receive a confirmation email upon completing the Website’s registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.
To cancel an order, simply call our customer service at +91 748 601 1115 (11AM – 6PM) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is shipped out. Your order can only be cancelled only if it has not been shipped already. If your order has not been shipped and you have paid the amount via debit card/credit card/Netbanking, the complete amount including shipping charges will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made. In case the order has been shipped, the refund can only be provided after we have received the shipment back in our warehouse. In case of payment via cash on delivery, if the order is not accepted, cash on delivery will not be allowed in any future purchases for the customer.
Refunds are only possible in the following cases:
– Cancellation of an Order before being shipped
– Customer refused to collect the delivery
– Customer wasn’t available during stipulated delivery attempts
– The delivery address was wrong / unreachable
For case 2, we will process the refund after receipt of the product by Ample Technologies Private Limited. All Refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment used by the customer while placing the order.
– Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
– Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
The shipping time of the products is mentioned with all sales. Further, the delivery usually takes 15-20 days from the date of purchase depending upon the location of the delivery.
To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:
– Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.
– Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.
– Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.
– In case of Cash on Delivery orders, please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to pay cash by tendering exact change.
